o   Saturday the 23rd  Shravan: The Art of Listening II – organised by the Intonation Foundation; by popular demand, Shravan: The Art of Listening is back for a second session! I will be on the panel of an innovative session to discuss the discipline and methodology that our Indian classical music demands for its understanding, appreciation, and unalloyed bliss; joining me on the panel will be stalwarts Prasad Jogalekar and Shubhangi SakhalkarFremont, CA (address provided upon ticket purchase); 3:00 PM to 5:00 PM

 

o   Saturday the 30th  Raaga presents Swara Sanjeevini – I will be performing in a grand event presented by the popular Bay Area Kannada band Raaga. We will be performing to raise funds for SSCF - Sri Shankara Cancer Foundation USA to help underprivileged pediatric cancer patients (in Bengaluru, India) get free treatment. o   Saturday the 7th to Sunday the 29th – Naatak presents Vrindavan - a grand musical juxtaposing a myriad of emotions conveyed through a brilliant original-script story, humour, wit, glorious music, vibrant dance, spectacular sets and costumes, and stellar acting, all superlatively written and directed by the indefatigable Sujit SarafOriginal music composition, music direction, and lead vocal performance are by me. o   Saturday the 23rd – RSV SILVER JUBILEE! Rajguru Sangeet Vidyaniketan will be celebrating its TWENTY FIFTH anniversary! The annual student concert festival will feature Hindustani musical presentations of our glorious Indian tradition by students and masters alike. There will be special performances by Shubhangi Sakhalkar and Hari Devanath!
